The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family home built in 1868. The location was originally the back room of a grocery store (now a clothing store) and a candle factory for domestic lighting, then a syrup factory.

The premises were completely renovated in 2005  and brought up to standard on all levels: masonry,  insulation, glazing, plumbing and electricity in  order to welcome family members in the best possible conditions during their stays.

You can now enjoy this very pleasant apartment for a stay that we hope will hold a special place in your heart.

The apartment is located downtown, in the main pedestrian street of the village, and the windows overlook the sea side for more tranquility.

You will find a bakery 10 meters away, the covered market 25 meters away, a supermarket within 5 minutes on foot and more generally all the town center shops in the immediate vicinity.

The beach is accessible within a 3-minute walk. With only one street to cross, it's ideal with children and all their toys.

The surface area of the apartment is 48 sqm.

This includes a 5 sqm laundry room to store your suitcases and sports or leisure equipment.

The 5 sqm balcony will welcome your breakfasts at sunrise and your romantic aperitifs. Oriented to the east, you benefit from the morning sun and then from a refreshing shade for the rest of the day.

Île-Rousse is a small village in Balagne located by the sea with around 1,200 inhabitants in winter and more than 20,000 in summer. There you will find all the shops you could need, including two supermarkets and a hypermarket located at Fogata Pass.

Three car parks (toll parking in summer) can accommodate your vehicle, it is also possible to park for free outside the city center.

Preferably choose a flight to Calvi which is the nearest airport, 20 km from Île-Rousse. A flight to Bastia or Ajaccio require long hours of driving by taxi, bus or train. The three main companies are:
